Arriving in Amarillo airport, we were fortunate emough to be on the same plane is 'Loverboy' (a famous 80's rockband)- who were playing that same night at a sell out gig in Yorks bar. Us English girls managed to get tickets !!

We headed straight for a big juicy steak next to the Livestock Cattle Auction which goes on every Tuesday, I didnt bid for any cattle as I thought it would be difficult to get a Hereford on the plane back to Wenonah! Roaming cattle seemed to add flavour to my fillet steak!
